Can I play for free anytime?
Yes. As soon as you have registered with Royal Vegas Poker you can start playing
for free. You don't need fund your poker account first.
Your free poker chips are automatically deposited into your account as soon as you
register, and are available to you immediately. You get 2,000 free chips to play
with initially. You can play Texas Hold'em, Omaha, 7-Card Stud and 5-Card Stud for
free. There are a variety of betting structures and limits available, just as there
are with the real money games.
How do I find the free tables?
When the game lobby opens, you will see the table list for the various types of
poker. To see the table list for each type, select the desired game type tab above
the table list and the relevant table list will be displayed, with the details of
each table. The free tables are shown in a different color, and the word "Play"
appears next to the stakes information.
To join a free table, simply double-click the table name in the list, or select
the table and click the "Go To Table" button.
You are limited to 2,000 free chips per day. If you run out of chips you will have
to wait until the next day, when your account will automatically be refreshed with
2,000 chips.
What is the minimum amount I need to play at a real-money
table?
The minimum purchase you need to make in order to play for real is $20.
If you are disconnected during a game, your hand and bet are protected as per
an "All In" situation unless you do something to fold your hand. Please
note that to prevent this feature from being abused, there is a limit of "All Ins"
over a 24-hour period that is set by the administrators.
